Pros
Solid work/life balance. A lot of opportunities to do rewarding work as a young engineer. Competitive pay. A lot of very good people who work there.
Cons
The safety culture could be improved, there have been a lot of serious incidents over the last few years. There is a lot of uncertainty with the future of the company now. Williams took on a lot of debt and are now paying the price with energy prices down. There is a good chance they are a target company to be bought in the near future (even after the ETE blunder). More layoffs are expected, major assets are being sold, and contracts with customers are being renegotiated.
