      So much potential, so poorly executed

      Pros

      This is a good company with great assets. Most employees want to do well but are constrained by a bureaucratic culture created by an detrimental organizational structure that builds kingdoms and hinders real progress.

      Cons

      Seemingly constant reorganizations driven by a few bad apples have completely undermined this company, particularly in IT and OE. A few unqualified, egotistical and power grabbing leaders have created levels of bureaucracy only rivaled by the government. The wrong people making decisions with the wrong motivation results in poor decisions and leader emboldenment. Which results in an ineffective organization. The current organizational structure cannot succeed.
