Going Through Change

Pros

The paid benefits are similar to other Oil & Gas companies, nothing special but not bad. They are doing their best to manage a lot of change. As in any workplace, there are plenty of good people there and a few bad apples.

Cons

There is a definite lack of firm decision-making, and a lack of integrity of newly brought-in upper management. The company was going in a good direction, but unfortunately some new philosophies and recent events are changing its path.

Pros

Progressive with employee relations Aggressive business model Competitive Salary Structure Competitive Employee Benefits

Cons

Williams has gotten too big. It doesn't have a real corporate identify due to growth through acquiring other companies. Commercial drives operations with no real understanding of how the facilities operate.
