The management team of all levels are the best. Williams offers a wide variety of training in classes as well as online.

Cons

Some employees have become complacent. Different departments offer different benefits such as some are allowed to work 9/80 or work from home. Other departments are not flexible at all.

Pros

The benefit are great but the people are better. The PTO is the best in the industry. I also appreciate the amount of training I have received very much.

Cons

The travel requirements can be rough. I probably travel about 30%. The industry is also very volatile and job security can be questionable.
