Great company to work for - They value employees, work/life balance and community service. They provide great compensation and benefits.

Cons

With a more senior workforce, there are not many opportunities for upward movement. Activist shareholders are forcing a merger with Energy Transfer. Really wish they would just leave this well-run company alone.

Lots of politics and good ol boy management style. Lots of changes in management every couple years, it seems like their is not much loyalty left to seasoned employees
