Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, some good perks. Tuition reimbursement. Job security is good even for the energy sector. Transfer opportunity.

Cons

Safety is only when it's convenient. If corporate is around you have to toe the line. If they arent, we'll management could care less if you got hurt as long as it was your fault and not theirs. Finger pointing and assigning blame should be the motto. Safety on the surface. Cannot advance unless you know someone.

Cons

Parts of the company can be fairly disorganized depending on the area. Due to line of work, sometimes unfavorable working hours.
