Great company, excellent benefits, good pay. They take care of their employees

Not sure how it is in the larger corporate offices, but field offices have little or no room for advancement/promotion

Was a great place to work with great people. I had the opportunity to work with a great team. The Okc office cared for its employees and took care of them.

Cons

Williams has decided to close its Okc office. By doing this they are losing alot of talent, that they assumed would drop everything and move.

Acquired some great software application knowledge during my time here

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees. Everyone is expendable. The share holder is their only concern of which management is some of their largest shareholders. Company denied COLA to employees in 2016 to insure share holders got their dividends.
