I worked there during a prosperous time. It was fast paced, but enjoyable.

There was lots of opportunity to make a difference. They allowed a lot of freedom when working on solutions to problems.

Cons

It lacked standard processes and it transitioned from focusing on the customer to focusing on the stockholder only. Some leaders were decent, but many were deficient.

Great people to work with in the Houston Office.

Cons

Upper Management in Tulsa has mismanaged the company, pushed the stock into a junk rating and the company is on the brink of bankruptcy. Williams may or may not be bought by Energy Transfer, with lawsuit in the air, who knows?
