Pros

Great people, Working for such an important cause. Benefits are good. The wellness program used to be a benefit but it's such a hassle. Pay is competitive. Bonus structure is solid.

Cons

Flexibility is in the eye of the beholder. This topic will continue to be a deciding factor of those thinking about joining Williams and those leaving the company. Employees were able to select 2 flex days when we came back in 2021 and it seemed people were happy with having the choice. But then core days were abruptly introduced in spring 2022. Core days are not flexible. You don't need to be in the office three days/week and collaborate face to face all three days. Full time remote is only offered for certain positions. If you are able to do your job remotely, it should be an option for all.
