      Pros

      The company had good benefits. You are likely to keep your job for a long time regardless of your output.

      Cons

      The company has a lot of bloated procedures that waste time. Too many meetings and too long to make decisions on most levels. Most everyone works in cubes. If your coworker does little to no productivity, they will still get to keep their job most likely.
