      Pros

      Like any good business, it’s the people that make it, there’s great people here. Benefits/insurance/PTO are good. Pay isn’t top notch but competitive. You will be very busy during your day but not expected to work overtime or out of office hours often, so good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries need to stay competitive as cost of living rises and job market is robust.
