      Insurance! Great insurance package. There are always overtime hours to be had. Help with tool purchases.

      Health premiums are covered by employer. That's about it.

      Cons

      Since COVID, leaders have been disconnected from company. Inconsistent management lacking leadership skills. Not a lot of pride/passion for people besides the construction workers. Babysit employees rather than trust and empowerment.
