Benefits of the union contract within the company without needing to join. Great group of guys to work with Most of the supervisors care and work out problems Good amount of overtime available if wanted with decent pay Early start but Early let out as well, have time to get things done during day before everything closes

Cons

Many problems and confusion from copy/paste blueprints on custom builds. New guys constantly coming and going causing experience problems in manufacturing Material supply problems (thats everywhere right now though) causing lulls in production then busting butt to play catchup once we get it in
