Pros

Great benefits, excellent pay, employee owned, fast-paced work environment and fun people to work with.

Cons

If you're a salaried employee, don't think about having any kind of personal time or family life. SM's and ASM's are required to work a 6-day week every other week with a 10-hour minimum shift length. ASM's are required to switch from day shifts to graveyards shifts 4 times a year and graveyard shifts are typically 12 hours or longer. You will be used as "free labor" and be required to stay as long as the SM/DM feels there is some more work they can get out of you.

Pros

The benefits with Winco Foods is amazing. As an employee you shares to stocks after 6 months working with the company and the health insurance is very affordable.

Cons

Need to have flexible hours, which would be the evenings and weekends.
