Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): One of the best things about WinCo! If you are not familiar with what this is, I highly recommend researching it. WinCo itself contributes 20% of your wage into shares in the company to give you a nice little retirement fund. It’s extremely rewarding to see your ESOP balance grow over time! Insurance: Very affordable, amazing coverage and low deductibles. Wage: I am satisfied with my salary, and it seems to be on par with other companies in the Boise area. Hours/Schedule: Standard 40-hour work week. I love the flexibility of our hybrid schedule; three days in the office, two days at home. Other perks: Paid vacation time and six paid holidays 401k Great atmosphere, amazing director, and friendly coworkers
