      Pros

      This company has good benefits, with small deductions in your check. ESOP can definitely help if your willing to stay 6 years. Has great job promotion opportunities in different departments that you may want to work in.

      Cons

      Pay increase based on hours worked.(It can cause some people to make $21.00 hr, and still become lazy.) A lot of gossip, but that's expected of any company. Management is sometimes un-willing to work with school schedule.

      good people not much else as it was my least favorite job ever so i ended up applying at taco bell to get out of a hard job situation

      Cons

      taken advantage of worked hours off the clock to cover coworkers laziness policies were ridiculous like no headphones for an all night freight it was disgusting to see how much product went to waste

      A Waste of Time

      I met great people here (customers) and I met my husband here. They were helpful with my maternity leave in the beginning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is horrible. I would get off of work at midnight after an 8+ hour shift to come in again 7 hours later for another 8 hour shift. Typical high school gossip and nosy coworkers. One lead clerk in particular (who i was never fond of) was so scatterbrained and followed her lead clerk boyfriend around ALL DAY LONG and never attended to customers or unlocked my register for an override. Remind me why she was my supervisor? She became to personal and commented that since her and my husband (then boyfriend) are friends, she thought that I automatically was her friend to. Are you kidding me? It doesn't get more childish then that.
