      A decent job if you have few options

      Pros

      Stay on long enough to be full-time and you get decent benefits, including stock ownership in the company. Decent treatment of employees, but can be very nit-picky for little reason.

      Cons

      Not the best pay. You can only grow out a creepy mustache -- no beard, not even a day's growth. They don't give employees much of a reason to rave about the company, but not much of a reason to talk badly about it either. Banned wearing gloves when I was there, and I do not know why.

      I really dont have any pros for this job.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, opportunity to advance are very slim, very hard to get full-time status to max your pay at 18 an hour, assistant managers run skeleton crews on freight and cut hours so they can get bigger bonuses, its not the same for every store just the one I was at

      Some grown up management,good benefits if you work enough hrs.

      Cons

      Low pay,no training not enough help on busy days. will hire anybody. No discounts,even Walmart gives 10% off to employs.
