      Pros

      Days went by very fast. Benifits were decent Great options to advance of you are there long enough.

      Cons

      Extremely STRICT when it comes to attendance. If youre 2 minutes late 4 times or more you're fired Pay is barely above minimume wage. Not considered a full time employee unless you are managment even if you normally work 40 hours a week.

      Pros

      The benefits are the best in the industry. Also, the pay scale is clear and consistent, if not a little on the low side. Most front line employees are pleasant folks and fun to work with.

      Cons

      It's impossible to move up unless your buddies with the management. There is gross incompetence among store management, despite the new focus on manager training. Managers get away with illegal conduct while the employees take the heat.

      Frequent Raises, holiday bonus, full time hours , medical and dental benefits (cover 85%), 401K, cafeteria plan, ESOP

      Cons

      Insurance doesn't cover birthcontrol Cap out on pay-seperate for full time and part time.
