My days off changes every week with my work hours are the same which makes it tough to have a life outside. Fast paced and very physical work. High turn over in the dept.

Awesome benefits. Seriously like $36 for $100 deductible major medical, dental, vision, prescription. Company stock at the end of every year. 6 years to be fully vested.

Cons

Management changes about every 6-12 months regarding store placement. Rotation from days to overnight management every 3-6 months. Constant changes in work load due to this. Going above and beyond is quickly negated due to frequently changing roster. If you have health issues, be prepared to explain them over and over again to different managers.

Health insurance, if your manager will give you enough hours to qualify.

Cons

My manager doesn’t like me, so she gives me 16 hours or less a week, despite being low on employees. New hires rarely stay longer than 6 months. The day shift can do no wrong, and she blames the closing shift for everything that goes wrong.
