      Friendly work environment, good leadership, it's truly a fun company to work for, christmas bonuses, Christmas party, very family oriented, HR Is amazing and always listens to concerns/issues. The president of the company is great...overall, Winchester is a great and growing company!

      Nobody is held accountable, the pay is not competitive.

      I've been with Winchester for a couple of years now! It is a great company to work for. The one thing I love about this company is that you work with good, loving, and caring people that works as a team. Winchester continues to grow and there is always room to grow and hours to work. I love what I do and I have a very caring ,respectful, honest, hard working boss, he's supportive and a amazing person to work with....Doing our inventory this month I got work with some great amazing people. Inventory doesn't suppose to be fun but I had fun doing those three weeks of inventory and I really enjoyed working with everyone...AMAZING TEAM..GO WINCHESTER....Stamps
