      Pros

      Windmill has a solid plan in place for stability and ongoing growth. There is a clear goal and everything supports that goal. New clients continue to find Windmill as they further establish themselves as an obvious partner for technical and industrial web design and digital marketing.

      Cons

      Growth brings growing pains. There is a continual effort to keep up with the needs of diverse clients.

      Working at Windmill Strategy has been extremely fulfilling and aligns with my values completely. Benefits include: - Flexible work schedules. - Work from home (or from wherever you want!) - Competitive salary - Small core team of full time staff work closely together and all contribute extensively to each project strategy. - You get your birthday off each year! - Each employee receives an annual budget for continued learning / skill development - Quarterly assignments to improve various internal processes show real value and are always adopted - Various in person team building activites and fun events

      Cons

      - No permanent office at this time, but the twice a year retreats and many in person events helps build and maintain staff camraderie!
