      The employee discount and helping customers.

      Cons

      Starting out as a stylist is fun until you end up running much of the store and pick up more hours when no one wants to work. It is common among multiple locations for the employees to gossip. The management only shapes up when the higher ups schedule to come in. Sometime things are broken in the store (equipment or tech). It may be little problems that add up resulting in a store that’s not up to standard.

      Pros

      Autonomy to make decisions and introduce new ideas - the ability to reach support functions and collaborate truly makes you feel like you are part of the big picture. Constant improvements on employee benefits and support programs that better you on a personal level. The company is growing and looks internally for candidates - development programs that start at store level.

      Cons

      I have been in the industry a while and truly believe this is a place that is holding its own across the relevant categories needed for anyone to be successful.
