You get a 40% discount. You get to make connections with people. You learn fashion sense and customer service techniques. It is easy to move up in the company.

Cons

You take on many responsibilities and you are getting paid minimum wage. The hours are not set, so one week you can have 35 hours and the next 15.

Fun environment but still has flaws

-have fun styling people -show interest and you can be developed to move upwards -other store managers besides home store very helpful and there for you too

Cons

-Petty and annoying drama -few hours unless you are full-time -can end up taking on more than you should to pick up other people's slack
