      Pros

      Creative freedom with visual merchandising for the most part. Which is fun if you like fashion.

      Cons

      The company is very old school and outdated when it comes to retail practices. Operates like it's 2002. Upper management watches cameras 24/7 just to blame external theft on employees not following shrink action plans. Pay is also extremely below average for everyone.

      After working with this company for a year, I only accrued 2 days of PTO. The workload is not worth the pay. A district team who does not listen to their employees concerns
