      Not the best but not the worst

      Pros

      The employee discount was the best perk, and I learned a lot about fashion which was nice.

      Cons

      All of the cons. Prizes promised to reaching goals were never awarded. Managers were megalomaniacs. The job was frustrating and stressful and to start at $7.40 an hour is appalling. Work we did was not appreciated, and there was no incentive to try our best. I had a couple managers who were good, and they ended up leaving because they didn't like it either. Thanks Windsor you suck.

      Pros

      Windsor really wants you to grow within the company, so they will take the time to teach you things as you go along. i have been a sales associate for almost two years and I am already an assistant manager that is visual trained. it is hard work and a lot is expected from you but if you are a harder worker you will surely succeed

      Cons

      the company expects a lot from you, lots of policies and procedures to remember. and some may consider long hours though I do not mind.

      Pros

      It was a great experience for me especially since I began working at the Milford, CT store when it first opened up. I learned so much about retail and badge opportunity to learn more about visual merchandising.

      Cons

      The manager at the time would have days where she just didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Corporate was always going there because some internal issues which created high levels of stress.
