      Employee discount is generous 40%

      Cons

      Managers are expected to be superheros. There is always 1 manager and 1 sales associate in the store at all times. Sales associates are very limited in what they are able to do. Many associates aren't even trained to use the register for weeks. That means the manager must be behind the counter ringing, watching the floor, checking in inventory, merchandising the floor, loss prevention all at once.

      Pros

      Great working environment, management were great, corporate was always helping when we needed them!

      Cons

      Salaried workers had good pay, if you were hourly you were getting min wage which is fine for kids but if you are trying to pay for things you needed to be part of management! Dress code was a little to picky, no jeans unless wearing heels and no open toed shoes unless it was a two inch heel.

      They give great discounts to employees. Met some good coworker/ people

      Cons

      Upper managements are rude, not friendly or approachable so every time we see them it's not a happy day. They got rid of one our best manager for no good reason. Then they replaced her with a fake manager who doesn't appreciate our work. Oh and having to meet sales is not realistic as well. It brings negative vibe and competition to the workers.
