Pros
40% Discount on EVERYTHING, even things already on sale. Almost every other weekend there's a 50% off sale, plus your employee discount it's almost 90% off! Extravaganza (Employee Appreciation Day, your discount is 50%) No working doubles! Unseen in Retail! (At least for me) Being able to dress up & look your best every day. You do NOT have to wear ONLY Windsor clothing, but once you start working there and see the prices and reflect on your discount, you're going to want to. Every company has its pros and cons, but the cons that I myself have experienced are minuscule compared to other places I've worked at. The CEO of Windsor is such an outgoing and caring guy, as are the people under him and about 80% of the Store Managers. The culture and atmosphere of this place is amazing, honestly. As with working in places where it's predominantly women, there are a few Chatty Catty's and jealousy. HOWEVER, just outwork them and show that you're the better employee and everything will fall into place.
Cons
Unrealistic goals that do not correspond towards your schedule (i.e. your Weekly Goal is $2,669 but you work 9am-1pm every day and the traffic in your store does not pick up until about 4pm so you're basically making <$100 every day for 5 days... you will always red dot) Low hours, but if you prove yourself and show initiative, that can quickly change.
