Terrible upper management Poor Pay No trust in employee's would rather you keep someone from stealing then helping a real customer if someone steals when your on the clock you get written up Ridiculous dress code. This company thinks their knock off clothes, are the real designer. HORRIBLE customer service, with returns and exchanges. Again if they don't have a recipe assume they stole it. Most customers are very rude, and cheap. Employee's can't return. i was told my a district manager to quit selling to a mall employee customer and to sell to real customers. Which then the real customer didn't buy, and the girl that worked in the mall did. Very Ignorant management. A manager once made and associate pay back $150 because the manager rang her discount wrong. No Management benefits. Was expected to be on call at all times, even on days off.

As an assistant manger I find it ridiculous that we are expected to do so much and get paid so little. The upper management seems to be uninterested in any issues you have. It is difficult to come to work everyday knowing that any concerns you have are not going to be taken into consideration by the store manager. Fellow employees are not easy to work with and bad attitudes are a constant thing in the store. Someone is always trying to start drama. When an associate steals a sale from another associate it is not taken care of properly. You are not treated fairly, hours are based on how well you are liked not on how hard you work. Sales goals are sometimes impossible to reach. Conditions of the store are not up to par. Staffing is a constant issue. I have never been so unhappy at the work place before.
