      Overworked and not worth the pay

      Pros

      -The very generous discount -Interactions with the customers and the general public -Relationships that you build with CoWorkers

      Cons

      -As a sales associate you are completely overworked for the minimum wage you receive, even with experience -To much pressure on sales. You either make it and still get criticized, or dont make it and get fired -Company policies are too strict. To have hire ups down your back at all times, even when your succeeding is discouraging -Not one girl I work with is genuinely happy

      Great store to shop at and great company to work for!

      Pros

      Generous clothing discount, flexible schedule and great work life balance compared to alot of other retailers.

      Cons

      Issues write ups for everything like not hitting your email capture goal. No more commission with the gold star program. Company shrink goal is extremely difficult to achieve and write ups issued to all managers when not met.

      Windsor has a beautiful store and great fashionable clothing.

      Windsor has a lack of communication amongst managers that prevents the store from being productive, and it is also very unorganized.
