Pros

Great 40% discount, I like almost all the people I work with, its actually a pretty easy and fun job from day to day if you don't include the policies and rules of upper management, It's easy to move up in the company if thats what you want to do because nobody stays for very long.

Cons

Nobody stays for very long because once they get trained and realize how much this company wants them to do for them and how little they get in return they move on to a different job. That's why almost everyone is fresh out of high school with no work experience so they can pay them minimum wage and offer no raises or health care or bonuses. It's also why your boss is only 19 or 20 years old. The rules also change from week to week according to whats convienent to the managers and you often dont know policy has changed until you are being written up for violating it. The absolute worst part about working here has to be the constant write ups for everything and nothing at the same time. it's actually comical and you have to laugh and joke about it so you don't get seriously mad at how stupid and rediculous it is. For example I have been written up for not wearing high heels to work on a "theme day" even though I don't own a pair and hate high heels. Also for leaving 1 shirt in the fitting room overnight and for someone finding sensors while I was clocked in even though theres no way to know when the theft occured. You get written up for being a minute or two late, not wearing 3 pieces of jewelry, calling in sick, forgetting to do a weekly sensor check, not having an IPc of 2.0, not meeting your sales quota, giving a customer a discount on damaged merchandise, the list really goes on and on. And if you don't get written up for something, you get threatened with a write up. The DM is horrible which others have stated. This company discriminates against who they hire too. All they hire is young, skinny, attractive girls and they discriminate against the customers too. If someone comes in and management thinks they arn't serious about buying anything or they want to try on prom dresses for fun they will tell you to limit what they can bring into the fitting room and basically give them bad service to get them to leave. The "Black Dot" system this company has is dumb too. Most of the time they have high unrealistic sales goals and if you don't meet them and "red dot" 3 months in a row you are fired no matter what. But if you black dot or even gold star (which means you sold over your quota) you get nothing at all but the security of your job for another month. You used to get a bonus on your paycheck if you gold stared but now you get nothing but maybe $5 in windsor bucks for selling $4,000 worth on stuff. It's very depressing and unmotivating. It bothers me that I'm working for a company I'm not proud of and i dont recommend this place to anyone. They really dont care about their employess at all. You are just a nameless, faceless body there to force customers to buy stuff they may not want or need just to keep your $8 an hour job with no benefits and no future hope of them. Almost everyone at my store is looking for another job.

Pros

1. Discount 2. Coworkers THAT'S IT.

Cons

1. SALES GOALS are unrealistic. NO MANAGER should EVER have a goal more than $1000 yet here they have goals of $5000-$9000. Coming for an extremely HIGH END employment history working for places like Chanel and Christian Dior I KNOW that no manager should have a goal over $1000 because they have a million other tasks to do. 2. The "RED DOT" system. If in a year you miss your quota 3 times...YOUR FIRED...doesn't make sense. It should be like all the other companies I've worked for "if you miss your quota 3 times in a ROW you get a write up. We have to sell..not to get commission or bonuses but to keep our jobs. This is exactly why Windsor ALWAYS fires girls and hires new ones...ALWAYS. I haven't known anyone that has been in the company longer than just a couple of months. The whole "getting a write-up for not making your sales needs to be eliminated especially when 50% of team hasn't made their goals as well; obviously the company is doing bad altogether and sales associates shouldn't be fired. 3. Company is super disorganized and constantly changing "policies" and always willing to give write-ups for everything. 4. LP & Sales topics should be MONTHLY not weekly. 5. PAY RATE: very low. They get girls freshly out of high school with no work experience so they can pay them $8 with NO COMMISSION OR BONUSES. 6. FLOOR SETS & FLOOR UPDATES: they give us no hours before the company opens to work on floor moves which take all day. We should have 5 hours before a store opens to work on it but they company is to cheap to afford that. Therefore, we do it during business hours which causes us to not sell that day which leads to a write-up.

Pros

The employee discount was great. Some of the people i work with are cool, some aren't so cool. MY manager was great!

Cons

expects too much for such little pay. they dont care about you at ALL.. work ur butt off, but if you dont make ur sales, you're screwed. DM is horrible, and she could care less about you. She's so fake and could care less about you as long as you don't bring down her district. I do not recommend working for this company at all.
