      Pros

      This is going to sound shallow, but the discount!!! I also enjoy working with my staff. I feel we all work well together and work as a team.

      Cons

      I don't like write ups for Red Dotting. If you don't work on weekends or night shifts HIGH probability of not hitting your goals. Numbers don't always reflect work ethic. I think it would be best that we did shipment placements, and wmd's while store is closed. Benefit options for all management would be a plus, as well as higher budget for hours.....

      Pros

      The smile on customers faces and how they thank you and appreciate your help and kindness. When they come back and ask for you and your help on their next event it makes you feel proud and rewarding.

      Cons

      sometimes customers might be rude or not want help but just smile. it sucks how we sometimes don't make your goals or sales.

      Pros

      Family owned, great promotional opportunities, open door policy, team atmosphere, very high expectations which drives a competitive environment. I would not trade my experience at Windsor for any other. it has been the most challenging but rewarding opportunity in my life. I am very grateful to the Zekaria's.

      Cons

      customer service is always challenging.
