      Pros

      Well let me start off by saying these glassdoor reviews almost pushed me not to accept the job offer. Yes the gold star program made me very nervous... but I went with my gut feeling and accepted the position. The people are amazing and great customer service helps give you black dots and gold star and advancement seems promising. It turns out I really enjoy working for them and hope to be working here for years to come.

      Cons

      The Gold star program. Yes at times it is a challenge and getting fired for it seems a little over doing it... but it isn't impossible to succeed. This company has been around for quite sometime so there is a way to over come the obstacle.

      Pros

      Family owned, great promotional opportunities, open door policy, team atmosphere, very high expectations which drives a competitive environment. I would not trade my experience at Windsor for any other. it has been the most challenging but rewarding opportunity in my life. I am very grateful to the Zekaria's.

      customer service is always challenging.

      Employee discounts with ability to control your work performance by helping customers. Guidance on helping customers is key to success.

      Cons

      Hours can interfere with nights and weekends and dealing with the customers can be difficult at times. Must have a passion for fashion.
