      the 40% discount is nice

      Cons

      They expect too much from their part-time, minimum wage employees. The dress code is absolutely insane. Expect to only ever work at the fitting rooms and to never have weekends off. It's either boring or stressful, no in between. Upper management is incredibly rude, passive-aggressive, and actively lie to both customers and staff.

      Pros

      Windsor has strong values, It's been a blessing to be able to be apart of this company. I've always felt supported not only by my DM but by executives as well. I've been given amazing opportunities in my 6.5 yrs.

      Cons

      No cons that stick out, maybe just the heavier tasking on holidays that can be moved around.
