      - Overall the people are great, from store level employees to corporate executives and DMs - Great first job, flexible scheduling - Opportunities for growth - Employee discount - Fun workplace environment

      Store managers are kind as are co-managers Store discount is decent

      Cons

      Upper management is incompetent and unwilling to help stores struggling with staffing problems, especially if they don’t like the store managers. They are unwilling to try new business practices (that have been proven to work) and care more about the way the store looks than actually taking care of customers in the store. Pay is also not good for the amount of work they expect.
