      Pros

      It is a pleasure to be working for Windsor Salt. Pay is excellent and competitive to oil field and wages in the area. Fantastic plans in place to build a retirement plan. Great benefits. Co-workers are excellent to work with. Change and new ideas are always needed in every industry, if you are strong willed and hard working, you will strive working for Windsor. I am honored to work for Windsor Lindbergh and look forward to many years of job security over the next 10 years.

      Cons

      People are people, slow to accept changes and give some resistance to change. Like most companies, you need to be strong willed and confident in what you want to succeed in, to make a positive change. You must be strong in communication skills, and a good listener, to reach your achievements within Windsor. The people at Windsor are great, and some have been with Windsor for decades. So it takes time for a new employee to conform to the systems in place, and have patients to make effective change. If you are a strong all around good employee, you can work at Windsor without a issue.
