Pros

Paid hotel rooms. That's about it.

Cons

Long working hours, terrible scheduling, they don't care to take the time to train people properly. Maybe its OK to work in Iowa, but Orlando is awful. Misrepresented job opening advertising, Manager doesn't care to give a driver enough time to sleep or train new people properly.

Small company feel from a large company.

Pros

Great company to work for. Closeness with co-workers and supervisors is like family. Opportunity for growth within the company. Paid training.

Cons

Like any consumer product, if no one is buying, people don't work. The benefits were a bit on the expensive side, in my opinion.
