Horrible company clueless upper management

They bought Epoch and still has some good management people from Epoch

Cons

So disorganized and always withholding information from employees. Clueless upper management and HR is a joke. Health insurance is so expensive and they are promoting a deductible option with HRA ( not sure if it is legally ) to get tax deductions. People lost their vacation time, sick time and flexible spending account because of poor communication.

Cons

Corporation is all about profit. Has lost site of the nature of their business and the value of their employees.
