Nice building, great colleagues, that's about it.

Cons

Individual buildings are mismanaged by a CEO and upper management "team" that is focused solely on their own bulging pocketbooks. Bonuses for admins for more "heads in beds" My workload is in no way reflected in my pay, nor is it comparable to the rest of the industry. Staff turnover is a constant stressor. They are fortunate to have staff dedicated to the residents.

The residents keep me coming to work everyday. I love the elderly and love what I do.
