Beautiful facilities, supplies are provided, great co-workers

Cons

Talented staff are rarely appreciated or acknowledged. The elite group of upper management seems focused on making money for the owner and themselves. Bonuses given to inspire keeping under the budget. They do not practice what they preach-and are not focused on best practice and patient centered care. Cutting more staff and supplies to meet the demands of profit. Sorry state of affairs!

clean, hotel like, friendly staff, opportunities for management training, much potential-I especially enjoyed the 'family' feeling and acknowledgement of accomplishments of 'staff of the month' program.

Cons

not enough staff, low pay for front line workers-hard to replace with new recruits when faced with low pay-'full time' is considered 30hrs which is not really fulltime. Food for residents is horrible.
