Flexible hours in the activities department and a good schedule. The residents are the best part about the job.

Residents need TLC, sometimes you're their only highlight

Cons

Bought out and staff got cut to even more dangerous low levels. Residents will probably suffer from lack of staff. Even one of their main doc left do to new negative changes/environment
