LOVE the Residents, Co-workers are friendly& supportive, especially if you are new, 32 hrs/week= Full time Weekly paychecks.

Cons

High Turnover=Poor staffing patterns & Imbalanced Care Ratios. Poor Communication. Salary could be MORE competitive.
