Pros

sales, meeting diffrent people and training . professional work enviorment . lots of compitition . the bonuses. meeting vendors and learning the what coukd make property better.

Cons

when prospect backs out of lease last minute.. All the diffrent laws you have to know, because no\ty only does the company look bad, but they could get sues and you could personally too.

Pros

The pay was decent for the industry.

Cons

Upper management didn't care about the employees and thrived on ruthless decisions that only benefited themselves. The shady tactics they encouraged to close deals were ethically questionable at best. Team morale was driven into the ground by divisive tactics that pitted employees against one another for management's amusement. Communication from the top was nonexistent unless they wanted to micromanage or make some last-minute demand.
