Cons

Regional managers don't pay attention. You will repeat yourself 100 times they still aren't listening.

Each corporate department thinks of only what they want/need and not how it all fits together. Suspicious management. Always being watched.

Senior management, including ownership, values the contribution of the entire team and works without ego toward a positive outcome. Employees are held to a high standard but are supported by a leadership team who is willing to help.

Cons

Some antiquated systems that are being updated. Not the right opportunity for someone addicted to structure and slow to change.
