- Free staff meal - Fortnightly pay - some of the staff

Cons

- High turnover of staff because of it other staff have to do 2x more amount of workload. - Negative cliques - Manager has favourite employees - Major communication problem in management team which directly effects the whole staff. - Inconsistent in following the policies ( Favourites can get away with not following it but other can't and will be made big deal out of it by the manager) - unnecessary stress
