This location has no pros

Cons

Toxic. Terrible managment and sketchy business practices. NO real corporate office, no HR, questionable ethics. Sabotaging of other employees at the behest of District Manager. EEOC violations and possible payroll fraud. Employment opportunities here depend on skin tone and tax credit-for-hiring status. Stay far away from this place.

Weren’t many good reasons to work here.

Cons

Employees were weird to me. I was the only teenage woman working there for a couple months, and several male employees made me feel weird to be there. There was also a lot of drama for a wing restaurant. During my time there, they probably fired a minimum of 20 employees and the entire management team. And I was only there for 4 months.

Many advantages of moving within corporate office and in field. Excellent bonus structure for field employees

Cons

Inadequate communication between departments and favoritism for roles which is not based on skill but rather social status within company. Ofte managers are put into roles with no experience and their failures are overlooked and put on his/her team they were to direct.
