I feel incredibly proud to be a part of an organization where everyone, from the top down, values the unique individuals and families who live in the homes that we provide.

Cons

At any organization of this size, there are going to be some people who love their jobs and others who do not. All situations are different, but many problems can be resolved by effective communication with the right person (who may or may not be one's immediate supervisor, especially if the supervisor is the problem).

Pay, Benefits, Training, PTO, and GREAT management!

Cons

This is a typical 40 hour work week so the hours are 8am-5pm. Community Centers are often understaffed, however, the management team understands and will always help to make sure the day's work gets done.
