Pros

WinnCompanies is a well respected management and development company that has earned it's great reputation over the years. I'm proud to work for a company that improves so many peoples lives through affordable and high quality housing. The benefits are great, including a significant amount of vacation/personal/sick time, 401K w/company match, health insurance plan choices, holiday time off and a lot of additional incentives. My coworkers and bosses are smart and dedicated and make for a positive team work environment. Hard work and dedication pay off and are rewarded. Winn is a great place to have a long term career.

Cons

It's a busy, fast paced environment, and expectations for employees are high. This isn't the place for everyone. It's what makes Winn stand out from other management companies and excel.

Pros

Fun job. Ability to constantly do new things and have a good time doing it. The job is emotionally gratifying. The residents made it all worth it.

Cons

Health insurance sucks. Upper Management has unrealistic expectations. They Expect you to make the job your life. Can deal with bad attitudes and micro managing. No matter how good you do they’re never satisfied. There’s always conflicting information. One manager tells you to do one thing while the other tells you to do the complete opposite. There’s no clear definition of what you are to do and when you ask you get different answers from everyone.
