Winn is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The benefits are great, including 3 weeks vacation for new employees. There's an annual 3 day event recognizing employees that have done an excellent job. Winn really cares about its employees. There's a lot of room to grow in your career. Winn's standards are high, which is great and makes you feel proud to work for a company with a dedication to excellence. It's a great company if you also have high standards and enjoy working hard.

This is the ideal Management Company to work for. I truly enjoy coming to work. I had to leave the company for a period of time but once I got the opportunity to return I leaped for joyed. I have worked for many companies and not one come close to meeting the benefits that Winn offer to their employees. We have a multitude of perks and enough training that you will always be knowledgeable of fair housing rules and regulations. My fellow co-workers are always willing to assist if you should need help in any area, and I have never detected an attitude. The Company stands true to the name it certainly is the WINNNING TEAM!!!
