Generous time-off benefit and you will learn so much.

Cons

It can be hard to get through the training process as there is no formal training program. Other accountants are training you and that's not ideal since they can't give you their attention 100%

The company itself is ethical, and a good thing is they have an anonymous employee review every year. Corporate handles issues well. benefits, time off, and pay is great.

Nice people, you will always be busy no down time. Ability to work from home for some positions. Good starting point

Cons

No room for growth you don't learn much outside of your position not much recognition for all the required extra work.
