Cons

An extremely disorganized company. Management staff are unprofessional, unintelligent egomaniacs who will throw employees under the bus to look a little better to those at the corporate level. Zero work-life balance, they promote the PTO program when your hired but if you take off accrued sick time you will be written up and possibly fired. Policies support padding the pockets of investors, employees and customers come last. Save yourself, do not accept a position here!

You get government benefits, and government pay grades. You also recieve blue cross blue shield federal employee benefits.

Cons

There is no downside other then having to purchase your own handtoool.
